... to fit 3 cases, 3 backpacks and 3 people into it. Anyway we left Chicago in a heavy fog/mist so couldn't see much. Fortunately the weather cleared the closer we got to Huntington and it was quite warm and clear when we arrived. Scott told us they had a serious thunder storm this morning which cleared the air. My grandma passed away peacefully surrounded by her family yesterday early afternoon. Thank you to everyone for their well wishes and prayers.

Today is John and my 13th wedding anniversary. A bit bittersweet, but pretty wonderful to spend it with family. Our family bought us a gift card to a local restaurant for an anniversary dinner tonight. There is so much love here right now.

... notch, loving, supportive, and caring show, that doubt would have been dashed away last night when I told our road manager that we had to leave immediately (before the show was even over). John didn't do finale and friends all over the lot came out of the woodwork to give us hugs, prayers, and well wishes. Trucks were moved out of the way (even though tent crew was taking down the tent at the same time), financial support for unexpected road trip expenses ...
