... by the Christians. Again it took a while, and lots of going round in circles!! This building is quite small but it's stood the test of time, being over 1000 years old. Built towards the end of the 10th century this small mosque was converted to a church with the addition of the semi-circular nave. Ancient wall paintings are still visible inside... both Christian iconography and Arabic script.
