11:30ish - 2:15pm We got to Venice. JP is unloading stuff here in this rather glitzy neighborhood. The guy here let me come inside the house to sit where it's cool. Poor JP is out there roasting and sweating. It is very, very humid. This job was supposed to take a half ...

... evening we went to a red lobster, where I had a platter or shrimp 3 ways that was about as big about a metre squared (one thing I do enjoy about the sea, plenty of food living in it) and went back to the hotel feeling bloated. Unfortunately the house and grounds were neglected by the state ...

Our great adventure for 2013 has ended.

In our 5 month trip, we visited 21 states, covering 8,314 miles and enjoyed every minute of it!

Best of all were the wonderful family and friends that we were able to visit person to person along the way. We will cherish every memory for the rest of our lives.

As Willie Nelson sings....."We just can't wait to get on the road again!"
