Reluctantly we left Nice this morning on what was a clear blue sky day and no wind.

So I walked over to a bus stop and asked the woman in Italian if she spoke English. She said a little and through English and Italian and showing the address she realized I was looking for a hotel but said she did not know it. I told her not to worry and I would find my ...

We left Fiesole for the Liguria region-
Mick collected the car that we had parked in the free zone...only to find a parking ticket on the windscreen...WTF?. so, whilst the 3 headed off to the Posta (yep- the post office), I had the honours of trying to work out why we got a ticket..(even the hotelier at our villa said it was free again). So, into the local police station I went...the sergeant (he had 3 stripes?) spoke no English and after ...
