I have attached pictures of our place. We are about 5 blocks to the Malecon(boardwalk) and about 5-6 to the beach. If we walk straight down our street we will land right into the ocean.
We are get back on the exercise track. The boardwalk is a decent place to run, right along the ocean. You just have to dodge tourists.

... for nothing. As we were on the pier, a fishing boat came in with a number of fish. One of the fishermen starting filleting the fish on the beach. We were shown what an Agave "Pineapple" looks like, how they cook it in a huge hot fire, when its done cooking, they pull it all apart and put it in this ring where they have a mule pull a big stone that crushes the juices out of the agave pineapple. The juice is then drained in a small hole where they have a holding reservoir. The juices and the mulch then sit in huge barrels for upwards of 8 days and they naturally ferment. Pretty ...

They are great people and as well as talking fluent in French, Spanish, and English are now learning Italian. This amazes me as I still have a hard time with English.
