Days 11 and 12: Pisa, Florence and Rome
... so we stayed in while Tom and Mom went to the Uffizi and Dad went to a market. We all went out to a dinner that was FANTASTIC, and possibly had too much wine. Livorno, Italy

After lunch we returned to the ship, and I continued my explorations. It's amazing how much space there is on this ship. I then made my birthday calls home to my mother and sister, and then took a siesta….

Final Destination
... time here and things were somewhat shut down as you would expect for an Italian Sunday, but it was a nice visit. Back to the bus! At this point I noticed that even our bus had Italian flare, as the driver had rigged an espresso machine near the bus stairs. Tomorrow is our last day on the ship. Unfortunately it seems that Robert may have to have a sinus procedure done in Barcelona, so it may be easier to skip Madrid, which is fine, as it has been around 100 degrees for days.
