The long boring road to Luxembourg
... was in great condition.
As the day went on it was mile after mile of continuous boring motorway. The temp remained about 10 Celsius most of the day until we got near the mountains where we climbed upwards and it got colder by the mile. One minute it was 10 Celsius and the next it was only 3. The cold chill was starting to bite and soon I had to stop and put more layers on.

First taste of Lux
Two attractions for us for this town. "The family of man" which is on the UNESCO Register of World Memories. The guidebook stated was "without doubt the world's greatest photographic exhibition" dating from the 1950s and it caused a stir through the 1960s too. Sounded intriguing.
