Our holiday rental house had not only a BBQ but a pizza oven. Suzanne, our daughter in law, decided she would make pizza and we'd try out the pizza oven. She had read the instructions in the house notes and decided it looked straight forward, I was so impressed, I thought the whole thing looked daunting.
