        ... are too deep and certainly won't come out. Such a tiny would think people could be more bloody careful!! It probably happened from someone reversing out next to us. Oh well - but goodness only knows what this will cost us. We felt better after checking our travel insurance policy and confirmed we only have a $200 excess; so at least we will be able to claim if it ends up being expensive.         ... the afternoon we visited Pisa made famous by its leaning tower and selfie stick hawkers. I was completely unprepared for Pisa, finding the tower a side attraction and dwarfed in stature at least, by the incredibly detailed Basilica that resided in the same grounds.         It is a gorgeous autumn day as the train pulls out of Firenze, headed for Lucca. The scenery is just like a postcard.

        We arrive in Lucca and after buying our tickets for a guided tour later in the afternoon, we decide to have some lunch.
