Couldn't do it - nibbled on a few things I was sure of and left the rest. Ordered a wine and a carafe came ...

I've been especially blessed with special friends here in southern France....it's really been a soul healing trip, as I have been hoping it to be. I have decided that life ...

... on the menu..... The poor guy tried to explain, and indicated his stomach, and then we managed to get the word "pork" as well, so it was decided that it was pork-belly.... Now, I actually love baked pork-belly - delicious! But, well....ummm....It's not quite pork-belly...in fact....NO! When it arrived, I thought it was a pork filet.... Then when I cut it , it .....ummm.....it didn't look that flash.... Damned ugly in fact....even repulsive, or ...
