... of the buildings on the seafront being illuminated. Also entertainment to be provided by the "Spiritual Gangsta Blues Band" who spent two hours tuning up while we judged the plate designs for the 2015 Valentines Day festival where the winning design gets produced. Number 24 will win.

After watching a spectacular sunset we select a restaurant for dinner that has a great view, as they all do, have an acceptable meal and head on down for the concert.

... to use up the leftover croissants and breakfast breads to make bread pudding. I decided to use nutella in the creme anglaise base (why the hell not!) and added in chocolate chunks and almonds, accompanied with a salted caramel sauce. I am really starting to feel the love from the other crew.

We are leaving for Nice tomorrow. I found out we would be sailing over night and it was the best news I'd heard all day! Hoping for some nicer weather and French wine!

When we arrived at the airport in Rome we were both really tired but enjoyed watching the people as we waited in line at customs. From there we made a quick dash to the Alitalia flight to Genoa.
