... possible in daylight hours ( i really don't want to be cycling in the dark, its scary). So i managed whilst moving 23.5k or so but once you include the lunch stop it came down to about 21k per hour, though there was some uphill whereas the 200k ride is mostly downhill. so 200/21 is......9 and half hours, therefore i must leave to arrive at 5pm at 7:30am on day four. thats not so bad right, so i think its doable so i feel ok when i finish the ride.
