Today dawned bright and sunny. Hitting the slushy, snowy streets I head in the direction of the gondola to take me to the top of the Matterhorn placer paridise. Well I woke today and opened the curtains to find it had started to snow at some stage through the night and it was still going. My little porch was covered in snow. It was beautiful.
