... a quick look inside, has lots of carvings attached to the main pillars and big stained glass windows above the altar, but not on the sides. Quite dark inside, but overall an impressive building. Wandered down the streets, a mix of old and new buildings and saw small busts of Schubert and Mozart on the sides of modern buildings. Monday 2nd June. Kath gone off to convention with our neighbours 3 midwives from NZ not young but crazy. They left about 8.30. I,m of exploring later. ... it on TV. I asked several people, from the reception at the front desk to Chris, our tour guide, where I could watch Eurovision. I was mostly met by strange looks of why was an Australian so interested in finding somewhere to watch Eurovision and thinking I was crazy. After wondering around the city attempting to find a pub to watch Eurovision, we ended up back at the hostel with snacks watching Eurovision with some Canadians and Americans on a Hungarian tv channel in the common room.
... eventually made it back to the bus to pick up our bags. After what seamed like 45 minutes, walking bags over cobblestone, we finally made it to our hotel.
