    Koh Tao

A travel blog entry by adamward on Jul 04, 2014

We hit the last island and the last new place of the trip. The island of Koh Tao. This island is famous for it's cheap yet good quality diving. Many people come here to get their certifications for a week or two. None of us had the money or time to go for our diving this trip. So we decided to do another snorkel trip that took us to many places around the island as well as a two hour stop at the famous small island right off the main island ...

Day 110: Koh Tao, Scuba Diving

A travel blog entry by mfln31 on Apr 21, 2014

... it pretty quickly and were quite relaxed. After a snack on the boat we moved to a different site where we did a second dive down to 13 metres, looking at the fish, doing summersaults and swimming through obstacles. The girls also enjoyed snorkelling and they managed to spot some barracudas. Everyone on the boat was very friendly and chatty which made for a good day. Open Water Dive course with Luke!

A travel blog entry by peterprest on Mar 21, 2014

... with Luke and met a few of his friends. We also experienced Koh Tao's amazing nightlife. There was a street with great bars and clubs. Later in the evening the Thai pyromaniacs came out. These were beach performers with fire juggling, limbo, skipping ropes and rings. After a bit of joining in we called it a night ready for some more boring classroom stuff tomorrow. Luke also proved he was a local to the island by being a pro at the limbo! ...

12th February - Booking and Stuff

A travel blog entry by samwebster95 on Feb 12, 2014

23:00 - Today we booked diving for the next day and James and Dom booked climbing for the day after. After a while booking things James bought a snorkel and we went for a swim in the sea and managed to see loads of fish, we then spent some time in the pool until it got ...
