We left off last week at the Franklin D. Roosevelt Presidential Library and Museum in Hyde Park, New York. The library is repository for all documents accrued during FDR's 12-year presidency (1933-45). Jens has been working for a number of years on a book about the Danish physicist and Nobel-laureate Niels Bohr. He had been looking forward to spending time during research at the library. ... piece of fish on a bun with lettuce and tomato, and a large cup of clam chowder. The flaky fish was lightly battered so that it was not greasy. The chowder was also very good. Good food and lots of it!
