    ... pretty moderate for most of the year, Ireland averages a temp of 50 degrees with winters sticking around 40 degrees. England is much of the same average temp is 60 degrees, summers reach near 70 and winters stay about 40. Scotland further north into the Highlands can see winter temps near freezing.

    ... best to fly (considering time and cost) and in our case that is what we chose to do. In country flights like most of Europe are very reasonable. With our itinerary we will be flying out of Cork to Glascow, and then taking a train one hour east to Edinburgh. For whatever reason it was cheaper for us to fly into Glascow than Edinburgh from Cork. Flying out of Dublin was more economical overall however that would have required another 3 ...

    ... to eat at Wendy's rather than Taco Bell this go around. We were back home in just over 7 hours, much better than the 9 it took up there! The temperature difference when we got home was definitely a shocker, St. Louis wasn't any warmer than it normally is at the end of June but when you spend a week up north, even upper 80s is a shocker.

    After the afternoon at the beach we headed back to Holland for dinner. For some reason Chinese food sound super tasty and there was a Chinese restaurant located right across the street from our hotel, how convenient right?
