    ... is shown on the map pin for today. We decided to drive back to the Sky Road observation area to watch the sunset. Unfortunately it got very cloudy so the sun was hidden behind the clouds, but the sky was beautiful. Sunset was at 4:47PM, so we did pack in a lot of fun in a relatively short day. We got back to the hotel before it got too dark and we were able to rest and relax for a few hours before dinner.

    We started out today with another great breakfast and admired the view of the countryside from our breakfast spot. Although it was a bit drizzly when we got up, the sun quickly started peeking out. Our first stop was the Dark Hedges, which are featured in the "Game of Thrones" as the King's Road. There were not too many people so we were able to get a couple really good pictures. Next stop, Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge. ...

    So we took couple of days and left our home here in lovely Co. Leitrim and went to see Westport. We bought bus tickets from the internet. There it didn't say that we have to change buses. Of course we were super surprised when the bus driver said that we have to change. It was his first time on this route so he wasn't sure where. Well, some lady on the bus said that we have to change in Charlestown (we shouldn't have done that, though...) We got off in Charlestown and ...

    Scenery changed from harsh landscapes of the Burren and Arans Islands to the green, wooded mountains of the Connemara; from the ancient stone monuments to the grave site of William Butler Yeats. We'll see another monument in Derry; more on that later.
