... the tower. I went off to view Pinewood Estate (which was, unfortunately, not open because they are preparing it for the holidays) and drifted along a few paths. Given the time of year, very little was in bloom, but it was still pleasant. The temperature was perfect, and the breeze made it ideal.

The Tower was interesting to view from the outside, but it would have been nice to get closer and to see inside. Still, I circled it a couple of times and paused ...

... Disney World and Epcot Center. I asked that guard, and found out that, if we got to another section of the park, down by the dock on the lake, we can see the Epcot fireworks (or most of them).

... at a Disney resort is "Extra Magic Hours," which are extended park hours for Disney resort guest to enjoy at the parks at no additional cost. The size of the crowd in the parks reduces dramatically. There is a schedule for each day of the week that informs which park will open early or stay open late. So instead of leaving Magic Kingdom at 9:00 p.m. like the general public, you can stay and enjoy ...

Wednesday, we head down to Hanau to start the Fairy Tale Road with stops in Steinau an der Strasse and Kassel.

Thursday takes us to Göttingen, Sababurg, Bodenwerder, and Hameln.

Friday is Hannover and a bit of a rest.

Today we rose early, as is the case when you are trying to see an entire country in a mere 3 weeks. Or as Doug would say, when you are traveling with me. I enjoyed a luxurious shower however found the towels to be less than 5 Star quality and certainly not $650 a night quality. After buying and fixing up an old 1989 Winnebago 27' motor home it was time to try out the camping world. I wanted to do it right the first time so JoAnn would like it, so among the first visits one had to be Disney Worlds Ft. Wilderness Campground. Since our first visit we have been back on numerous occasions, it's a great place!
