Back on the road again, we headed to Devil's Tower National Monument in Wyoming. On the way we stopped in Sundance and got a quick bite at their local Subway. It began to rain as we drove but the rain slowed enough that Dad took a hike around Devil's Tower while Mom & the kids kept dry enjoying the sights from the van.

We completed our drive to Gillette, Wyoming and finally crashed at the Days Inn for the night.

June 24th Bill decided to clean and wash the trailer so when we get to the rally, our trailer will look presentable. All nice and clean and then came the rain and hail again. When we set out for Gillette in the morning the sun was shining upon us again. Yeah..a good day. We put the address in the GPS and little did we know it would take us over fifteen miles of road construction...I mean no clay and mud with large ...

... His exquisitely rebuilt and modified Buick 2-door is a great looking bit of kit. Frank did all the work himself, including the painting.

Thursday 11th July

Travelled east to Gillette, nothing to do with razor blades, although it is a mining town..
A large coal mine here that the town revolves around and the town has grown two fold in recent years. Supposed to be oil too.

Friday 12th Gillette Greg had the car serviced. Vicki did the washing uploaded and updated the blog. (whoopee)
