... China. Then I realized I shouldn't be discouraged because maybe I was just weaker. I was right...the "much heavier" bag was actually 3 pounds under weight. That was a sign.

I went to the gym Monday to assess the damage. Warming up on the treadmill resulted in a neck cramp...not off to a good start. Also gravity seemed to have gotten stronger here in the States while I've been gone...or the metal in the dumbbells ...

... m really going to miss those Sundays (and Saturdays for college football). At least I got to see my Lions win their season opener; I'm telling you, this is their year...SUPERBOWL HERE WE COME!

Anyways I need to wake up in about 7 hours to drive to O'Hare tomorrow morning so I'll just cut off here. Off to go finish packing haha...hopefully my next post will be from China!

... get to China...so here goes: Steak N' Shake was good. The triple steak burger meal offers almost unbeatable dollar to calorie ratio. The s'mores milkshake was also excellent, I found myself eating the leftover gram cracker pieces with a spoon...it's all about how you finish. 1. How dressy is it during the evening?
2. Are most of my ports within walking distance of the sight seeing areas?
3. What are some things to bring along that I might forget?
4. Do they exchange money onboard the ship when you go into the ports that don't use Euros?
