... campground, which was literally in a lady's backyard! It was so nice, there was only about 8 sites but each had fresh flowers and easy access to the chicken coop to pick eggs each morning. Leslie, the lady who owned the farm had a huge vegetable garden as well for us to pick and collect veggies for lunch and dinner. We even got to eat the eggs we had taken from the coop that morning!

It was in a town aptly named Hope that Shan thought it be a good idea I do my first stint of driving.. mind you he had driven the last 2000kms (good boy!!) About 20 or so kms from Hope is the Coquihalla and it was snowing quite hard.. and it was dark.. and I was driving a car about 20 times the size of my swift.. and I just had a red bull.. and I was driving on the other side of the road.. and I didnt know the road ...
The weather has been amazing with lovely sunny days although still cool. This morning we went to go surfing however the surf shop wasn't open so I couldn't get any gear. To be honest was glad as it was freezing and I was happy to go for a walk along the beach and bask in the sunshine.
I taken advantage of the great weather and snap some pics, hopefully you will enjoy them.
... stood up on my serf board under a big wave! We surfed for about 3 hours! It was hard work but it was really fun to!

... link to the nearby Mackenzie Beach! Unfortunately it was not completely finished but took us to another amazingly wild and undiscovered beach before turning back to the town! The trail takes you though more rainforest which is like walking through Jurrasic Park with the huge trees and dense green bush! Its another world out here!
After lunch we drove to the nearby Chesterman Beach, a 2.3km beach, which is popular with surfers! There must have been 20-30 people ...
