It's a slower pace on foot, we can't cover as much distance with our muscle moaning legs, running was well and truely out of action, waiting for the walk man at the crossing seemed a much more pleasurable rest for once. Taking a body stop at the marina beach, for a fluid refreshment, mine being the tasting and testing of the amaretto, mixing it in my sprite bottle.
