    ... found some appropriate accommodation near the university. A good price, good location we thought. However, we arrived to find something a little different to what we were expecting.     ... cathedral I have ever visited.

    We could have got the Metro home but we decided to walk and this meant having to leave the comfort of the underground tunnel network. So we walked for 30 minutes or so in the pouring rain and got very wet. It was ok though as we knew soon we would be home and could take off our wet clothes.

    The day finished off on a high weather wise thanks to an impressive rainbow, see photos.

    ... shemwas with nanny and grandad which was really nice. Then braved the rain and met Evelyn in a coffee shop. She's a medicine student from Strasbourg who is spending 2 months in Sherbrooke for an exchange and has come to Montréal for the weekend. Unfortunately it was raining cats and dogs so we sat talking for a bit, then got soaked dropping her stuff off at a hostel she found.
