... br> My destination was a bunkhouse attached to the Kintail Lodge Hotel. The other occupants were six middle-aged English bikers. The accommodation was comfortable and I was able to get a good bar meal in the hotel and breakfast the next morning. There was a lovely sunset which I photographed but didn't take too long to enjoy it as the midges were out.

... train used in the Harry Potter movies. We arrived in Mallaig, a fishing town, around 12:30 for our hour and a half layover. We walked to the pier, climbed a mountain, well it felt like a mountain, in order to get a few nice photos of the town so please look at the photos and feel sorry for our calves. We then went to the local grocery store/deli and picked up lunch before boarding for the return trip.
