... with having the napkin laid in our laps, serving staff to bring out the food together, explain what we were eating that the chef prepared, take away the plates and cutlery after use, and reposition the silver prior to the presentation of dessert.

The meal took over three hours from the time we sat down, to when we retired to our room.
