Today we had a short breakfast at a lovely tea room close to our hotel. Well, it's only taken me a week, but I've finally found the time and energy to sit down and write a bit about our stay in Belgium so far....It's been a bit of a whirl wind with no signs of slowing down for at least another week; but with only the weekends and evenings to explore Gent and other areas of Europe, we're taking every chance we get to experience the true European lifestyle.
