... s exactly how long it took us to get there, and for the first time on this trip, WE MISSED OUR TRAIN! Called amtrak and got booked onto the last train of the night leaving at 11, and went to a nearby sports bar to kill time until then. Maine was beautiful! And a joy to see our old friend Nils for the first time in over a year. Friday morning we drove to the neighboring town of Ogunquit, a picturesque coastal town with beautiful changing ...

... afternoon we went for a drive to Hampton Beach, New Hampshire. Yes, I shot the whole beach scene. The waves were great. Walked the beach and loved not getting hot as you would in summer. You are so right.

The border control men were not at all happy with our bus as a large group of ...

... it is sad to think that my time here is almost over. I am starting to think about what I need to pack and what I need to leave here and what I can do with these objects. Some items I will be giving to the International Office to give to other students and other items I will leave for my room mates who I will dearly miss living with once I get home.

Anyway, I best get back to everything! I'm currently reading a short story by ...

A travel blog entry by gdayusa on Oct 25, 2012

    G'Day!

Well another week has been and gone and it has again been filled with plenty of study and crew training in preparation for mid term exams and the upcoming 'Head of the Fish' Regatta at the Saratoga River in the state of New York.

In terms of mid term exams, I have three- two history exams and an American Literature exam. The latter is the exam that I am most worried about however something has clicked in my brain over the past week and I am starting ...
