The first full day of the cruise was just us lazing about. Basically you eat, drink, get entertained and sleep. After breakfast, we decided to enter a trivia quiz. We enjoyed these on our previous cruise. We named our team Tassie Devils. We won the competition beating all those Yanks. ... pace, the boat is wrapped in a chill mist and the sea begins to change colour from blue-grey to a milky emerald green as the glacial meltwater seeps into the sea. It is very strange to watch seawater clog and thicken and the waves become lazy and slow like liquid metal. ... clean and convenient in town. The bed was mostc welcomed and we slept like logs for a couple of hours. Great bagel shop attached and we had the best clam chowder with toasted butter bagels for lunch.
1 degree C outside at present and we are having quiet time after walking around downtown and bussing to the airport to arrange a float plane ride for tomorrow. Excited about that!!!!!

Saw bald eagles this morning sitting in trees in town but not a good picture.
