... sea lions, puffins - all the regulars. We docked at 3:30, met our 3:45 shuttle to the airport and at 4:15 we were checking in for our 4:30 flight to Juneau and by 4:35 we were in the air. Flying in a five passenger Cessna is the way to go!

... Miss Pat had a swig. We left town in pursuit of a nail shop. Four weeks is way too long! All 3 shops were booked. So the next item was an Apple HDMI cable so we could stream from iPad to TV. We stopped at Fred Meyers when I saw diesel advertised for $3.79/gallon. I was sad that I could only hold 30 gallons. Miss Pat said Meyers was from back home (Michigan), and they had everything. ... Princess which had raced us last night, the Crown Princess, and Grand Princess. There was also the other Holland America Line ship - the Amsterdam - going the other way, so I guess that there would be almost 10,000 tourists walking into each other all over the town during the day.
