Leaving Canaan Valley and its' luxuriant surroundings was difficult to say the least. Chris fell deathly sick on the elevator ride from dinner to our room and had an extremely tough night. ... cooler! Yum! Breakfast of champions! When we went to get gas the attendant told us electrical problems, no gas. So we got off in new Stanton exit for gas which was bout 30 miles down road. ... Fairfield Inn.

Dinner was fun and tasty at "The Crabby Pig", the local barbeque joint. In addition to Wyatt, Autumn, and Miss Emma having dinner with us, we also invited Deena's close friend Tab (Tabatha) to join us. It was very enjoyable, and lots of fun to be able to share and talk about many of the pictures we captured along the way.

We both knew that this would be our last night away from home, as our journey was winding down...
