... but this has changed over the years but football still is god. There is a huge stadium which is just for football and hosts about 6 games a year. Their football season is only about 11 games. Seems such a waste to have a facility so underutilised.

... At 10.00 still foggy as we took Route 20 towards Amish country in Middlebury and Shipshewana. We visited Das Dutchman Essenhaus which is a huge complex where they can feed 1,100 people at once. It is very commercialised and felt like a tourist attraction. There were young Amish ladies working at the bakery and Amish families obviously went there because we saw their horses and buggies at the complex.

... Michigan/Wisconsin color tour. We'll stay at such campgrounds as Sleeping Bear Dunes, Tacquamenon Falls, The Straits and Peninsula State Park in Door County Wisconsin. Hopefully this beautiful weather will hold out for a few more weeks.
