    T-minus 5 days

A travel blog entry by jordanavery on Jan 30, 2015

So 5 days until the long drive out west, and I'm finally getting excited about it. Not that I wasn't before, it's just that now that it's almost here, the excitement level is rising. I'm at home for the last time for a while and then I'll head back to Taylor for a last few days of hanging with the guys from my wing (floor of my dorm) (now being referred to as 3C from now on). ... to quaint Goshen, IN today. Great little restored town. Had lunch at a local bakery/restaurant/deli/butcher shop. Quite a combination, but excellent food. Tomorrow a day trip to Middlebury, IN to tour Jayco RV factory. Then on to Shipshewana,IN that boasts the largest flea market in US and is run by the Amish. Last a tour to see how Amish cheese is made start to finish. Leave Wednesday morning for Wisconsin. Life is ...

This is one of the coolest venues I've ever played. The owners, David and Kim, have preserved the integrity of the building and the sound guy was great.

We had a fun scaled down rehearsal for one of the two radio shows we have coming up. Maybe you can catch them streaming on the web.

We head out for Rochester tomorrow. Catch ya later!
