Now installed in wood cabin here in Evergreen, CO after sprint up i70 from Grand Junction. This time nostalgia trip for Brandi, bank where she worked still there 35 years later exactly the same, been shown her window (building not teller) where she used to look out of. Apparently she introduced colleagues to the "Martini Lunch" at the Little Bear ...

What a beautiful place. I could see the mountains from so far away. Tissue paper mountains that slowly grew bigger and more substantial until I was driving through them on a beautiful journey.

I went to the Red Rocks Park and Amphitheater, and drove on a bunch of mountain roads. I walked around the Buffalo Bill Grave and Museum. Pretty views always. I think I'll come back someday for a Denver Specific Trip.

We were eating DQ hotdogs and wrestling with our sundaes as we drove off on US 50 at 3pm. We still had so many miles to do! But it was still a beautiful drive and we wouldn't mind getting to Denver late as we were going to have a nice lie-in tomorrow morning.

... right when I finished my IXL my mom arrived! I was a little disappointed because her plane was supposed to land much earlier. I also was really excited to see my mom because I hadn't seen her in 1 month. Then we went in Denver, and went in a mall.
