Stopped at a roof top bar and grill for a much needed drink and bite to eat and then to watch a pickup baseball game at Doubleday Field.
On our travels we stopped at a creamery for some ice cream and they must have known Chris was coming. There were signs all over saying "NO". We were allowed in the creamery. Whew!

... to camp, the sun was out, the day was shining, and we were both ready for some quiet down time, so we set up the lawn chairs next to the river (I mean "creek) bank) and enjoyed the sounds of nature for awhile. Nice way to end the day and our stay in Herkimer.
Tomorrow we hit the road on our way to Pennsylvania, so we'll see where we end up tomorrow night. We hope to make it all the way to Scranton. Time will tell.
