... any of us had watched it since then, so it was pretty fun.
Then we thought about watching a DVD from the collection in the condo. But there was literally nothing good to watch, except a few Harry Potter movies. And we'd already seen those. Thankfully my Dad had brought some DVDs of Doc Martin, a BBC series about a cranky doctor in England and the funny residents in his town. So we watched a couple of those before going to bed.
We all got up about 6:00 and had a couple of hours to read and eat breakfast and decide what to do today. We decided we would head south this morning to see a couple of waterfalls. Just south of Kapa'a (Kuh-pah-hah) we headed inland on Kuamo'o Road. We came to Poli'ahu a heiau or Hawaiian temple. Rock walls outlined the footprint of the temple. It sat overlooking the Wailua (why-loo-ah) River. There was a nice overlook there on a cliff above ...

I told her to contact her doctor and talk to her about what formula would be appropriate for Catherine. Yelena stated that that was what her doctor told her might have to happen, but she and her husband wanted a second opinion. I proceeded to help her with little tid bits of ...

Brendan had to go to work that afternoon so the plan was to surf with Ron when he got home from work, which was normally around 4. At 2, I went down to Donkeys just to check out how it was looking even though I didn't have any intention of surfing. Donkeys changed my mind real quick. I could tell instantly, it was firing. ... of the property overlooking the garden with a view of the sea. Of course we excepted this room, collected the luggage and settled in. By this time Andrew had returned so we drove to the Coconut Market Place which was only next door but it was still raining. They showed us around this area which consisted of numerous souvenir shops, a small supermarket, a few restaurants and an ice cream parlour. It proved to be very handy for us for a quick bite or some emergency supplies. 3 ...

Historical Traveler Reviews Inn Paradise Kapaa
If you would like a time in Heaven...
... just spend your vacation time at the Inn Paradise B & B with Major and Connie. We loved our 8 days at Inn Paradise, we stayed in the King Kaumualii Suite and it was lovely. We certainly plan to return and spend more time with the two of them. Loved it!

We love our time on Kauai your location is perfect. From hearing the parrots say "Hello and Aloha" (they sound like Connie), to the very friendly cats who were quite persistent in seeking attention. Both boys enjoyed playing with the cats and back gammon.
Luscious surroundings is how you describe Inn Paradise as you take the drive to the B&B and look over the back yard from the back porch. Very quiet and one can enjoy sounds of being in the jungle with all the birds.
There is no better place and people in Kauai
I wish to thank Major and Connie for the most hospitable time I have ever had (short of home with Mom on Christmas). The property is lovely, the proprietors are lovelier. This place is top of its class in comfort, ambience, and company.
There is even entertainment. Meet Major Inch, one of the most eccentric geniuses in the Pacific Ocean and beyond.
There is certainly class. Meet Connie Inch, one of the keenest and perceptive peple I have ever met.
Hope to see them both again.

Kauai is simply awesome! The Queen Kapule Suite Inn Paradise is simply the best equipped holiday apartment that I've seen! The best to Major & Connie, see you in Germany next time.
We Felt like Royalty......
What a wonderful week we had here!! It was so relaxing despite all the things we did and saw. The best part about our vacation was the location, it was perfect, half way between everthing. It was always nice at the end of an exhausting day to say "Let's go home." We felt like we were royalty staying in the Prince Kuhio suite. I truly believe that our vacation would not have been as nice or more memorable if we would have stayed anywhere else! Your little Secret Oasis here has been delightful. We loved the Ice Machine, perfect for filling the coolers.

We truly enjoyed the experience!
Major Inch is a lovely person who made our stay terrific. The grounds are awesome and the Prince Suite was everything we needed and more!
Thanks so very much for being such a gracious host. We've never stayed in a "Bed-n-Breakfast" before, but somehow I don't believe we will ever stay in one as unbelievably wonderful as yours! Your hospitality was greatfully welcomed. Ruby and I loved the immaculate yard (tropical garden), view of the mountains, and avians (birds) they were all wonderful. We truly enjoyed our anniversary on Kauai and you helped to make it special. We are sorry that we missed Connie but sure well meet her when we return (We couldn't possibly stay anywhere else now that we've experienced paradise!) When we retell our trip to Hawaii with friends, we'll certainly tell them not to miss the wonderful experience of staying at Inn Paradise. Mahalo & Aloha- May God bless your family & home.
