      ... Pierce, it occurs a huge yard sale where everyone can buy a spot for $15 and they can sell whatever they want. You can find clothes, fruits, plants, televisions, sports items, lawnmowers, cd and dvd, Christmas decorations, etc. It's a popular event where more than 300 people go on morning!
