    ... trip at least a dozen times to my childhood home on long island. In the 70's the smell of rubber was so strong as you passed through Akron, Ohio. Today all the manufacturing (and many of the jobs) are gone. Passing Goodyear World HQ reminded me of those days almost 40 years ago.

    ... all! Marty set up an appointment late tomorrow with a volvo mechanic at Samalot Marine located inside Haverstraw Marina. The SeaTow boat should arrive here by 9 am and we should get there maybe 5 hours later. We are excited to finally be moving forward on this issue although we are not looking forward to the bills for marina and mechanic getting close to NYC! We have no choice at this point.
