I powered through and finally made it through Pennsylvania. By the end of it, both my feet and shoes needed a break from all the rocks. After crossing the PA/NJ border the rocks continued for another 15 miles but then slowly, to my relief, they began to subside. The original campus in Hyde Park currently has three restaurants open to the public, restaurants whose lunch menus I studied closely online before deciding where to make a reservation. The themes of the four are American, Italian, French, and a world-fusion themed one named Gaia. I chose Bocuse, the French restaurant named after Paul Bocuse, the famous chef and restauranteur from Lyons.
