Beecher's Handmade Cheese!! What a great place for lunch! You can watch the cheese being made as you sample the menu. I had the mac and cheese- delicious! Hubby had a grilled cheese sandwich- awesome! It is at Pike Place Market so very convenient to pop in for a break after walking around the market. YUM
