Great neighbourhood which has huge homes and wide open roads with lots of trees. Similar to SA but with no gates.

The Shakespearean one in Ontario. On the Avon as well. And with a Shakespeare Festival every year.
Weird. Nice small town. Lots of ducks and swans on the Avon.
