    ... completed our well overdue washing. Did some shopping and then visited the Greek amphitheatre which was beautiful and it is still being used for concerts today.     ... stopped at a place where the river goes through a gorge and paddled in the water. It was very cold water but people swam in it for short periods of time. The gorge had been carved out through a fault in a lava flow.
