    ... coast industrialists who were able to enjoy the season whilst having the easy proximity to Boston or NYC should an emergency arise.

    The walk took us about 1.5 hours and was very pleasant. The centre piece was "The Breakers", completed in 1895 for a cost of $12 million. Cornelius Vanderbilt was the commissioner of the build for that unimaginable pile of cash.

    ... But don't worry! I know that when I go walking around not to be in crowded places, but to actually walk down dark and secluded alley ways and not to kept to myself, but actually try to engage in conversations with tall dark hooded people in the sketchy parts of the cities I visit. (These are all JOKES! I know I shouldn't do any of that and don't worry I'll be safe and I'll always trust my gut instinct). Plus I'm sure I'll learn some more French once I get there.

    Woke to rain pattering on the roof. Actually, it was more of a pelting. We peaked out and the 2 tents set up next to us looked like they were floating on water.
