... I turned around and said we were from Australia.. OMG.. We got the big welcome to the US story and god bless.. They were lovely people from Virginia travelling to here for work.. When we got off the plane waiting for our luggage Deano gave them one of our Tassie Devil cards and a souvenir pin. They raved about how they have always wanted to go to Australia.. ... Ashli for the advice on Carbo Pro and the Stinger Chews. Transition from bike to run no problems. The run was a two lap course. The course was beautiful we had a great view of the lake and ran in some really nice neighborhoods. All along the run the community was out cheering and had brought out hoses from their homes for us to run through. I loved those hoses! It was so hot that I ran through every one of them. We are up! We were all up at 6:30 am. We didn't have to worry about sleeping in. Breakfast in the hotel. Coffee at the Holiday Inn was awful. So after we packed up the bikes in the drizzle we left around 8:30 and found a Starbucks around the corner. It took us about 35 minutes to get to Racine and during that time the clouds parted and the sun started to shine. First stop was registration and check in. We got there about right after ...
