    ... our tour of the area on our way back to Apple River. Once back home, we just enjoyed good conversation then headed out to Apple Canyon Lake for dinner.

    Christina will love this. She knows how organized I am for directions and have a spreed sheet of every stop and gas station. Well folks, not tomorrow. Bill suggested we try a different route to Minneapolis so it should be interesting and fun to try a more adventurous route. Stay tuned tomorrow.

    ... It is only one of three of its kind. The stories of all these cars and their history were fascinating. The ’31 Pierce Arrow was used by Al Capone.

    Ed Walton will enjoy seeing this car collection when I can upload the pictures.

    ... we jumped into a taxi. We headed to Millennium Park and walked around it. There was so many awesome things, especially a massive big open stage/ performing centre, water fountains and a statue of Abraham Lincoln.     ... Classics. What we got was ironic - first an episode of Ft. Laramie, about a calvary troop hunting the Indians, followed by an episode of Gunsmoke, which also had a calvary theme today. With that, we settled back in for the rest of the day's trip, slipping over a scattered carpet of clouds a few thousand feet below us.
