... are going to have to come up with when we race.
Got the bike setup right though had to muck around with the gears. The tyres really performed well on the tree roots without any slipping at all so I'm glad about that. Felt pretty confident riding the stuff today and will go out tomorrow in search of more technical stuff to make sure we feel confident for the race.

... back to the lodge a bit before the others and Jo slipped on the ice and hurt her back. She’s not walking too well and in a lot of pain, needing help with dressing which took me back 12 or so years to when I last had to dress her.

... canopy walk and so we head there next. This one has bridges that are much more stable than our earlier walk. It also has lots more people and no personal tour guide. Overall, we preferred the UBC walk hands down.
