Last night the All Blacks played the Aussies so we dutifully wore our AB gear. It was surprising how many people recognized the brand and it started a few conversations about NZ and sport.

... the night for tomorrow's stage. I couldn't sleep last night finally falling after 2 am but then getting up at 5.30 - still on Aussie time. Nanaimo harbour was very beautiful with the pines coming close down to the waters edge. It will be a late sleep tonight but should be tired enough hopefully. Pictures will come later

... the break we wandered through the vendors area, there was some great equipment to see and play with, I was interested in the new Ferno Cot which was powered, no lifting required, except when you wanted to wheel it over a kerb, then you were lifting and it was awfully heavy, that and the $35 K price tag were it's Achilles heel. Zoll had a display as well as Physio control which most of theses services seem to use, I thought our MRX was a better deal. Bree ...
