... eat dinner after the breakfast buffet and family lunch but the food has been so good it's been too hard to resist. Aki's mum had to leave early the next morning but Aki's dad was able to stay on for the buffet breakfast the next morning. More food! Skinjuku holds the Guiness World Record for world's busiest train station, handling over 3.5 million passengers a day. I found this claim hard to believe until I arrived this morning at rush hour. Fortunately everything is well signposted in English and it wasnt long before I'd squeezed myself onto the Hakone bound train between scores of Japanese businessmen and schoolkids.

We settled into our hotel and went to visit the old shops which were really interesting. The next day we went to a village museum which consisted of reconstructed houses 300 years old. Am sending a picture for little sam of the original ugg boots made of straw. That night we found a jazzbar that served food. Today we decided to try and see Mt. Fuji, Japan's most famous peak, from a nearby town called Hakone.
