    ... up, helped in part by a free drinks ladies hour. Conversation still remained tricky. As I keep pointing out it's Touristville now, so people are less inclined to mingle and meet new people, and prefer to stick to the group of friends they travel with.     ... The show began a few minutes later. The hypnotist would change from Spanish to English and back so sometimes it was hard to follow. Then he kept saying "I will need one person from each couple" and Bryce and I were getting worried because neither one of us wanted to go up. Then he called people up to the stage and some couples went together and some went by themselves. We stayed where we were and so did the older couple we were talking to earlier.

    ... Luckily my tank lasted me to the top, except I had to manually inflate my BCD once I surfaced. You really want to avoid being anywhere below 500 psi, but I had told Arie I was at 500 when it happened and she told me it was ok because she had air if I needed it. Next dive, I will be going up at 500 psi, and not risking life itself. It's all part of the learning experience though :). We dove for an hour, and when I returned to the hostel, the party was just starting. 1 ...
