- but all places we were had something special
- people live in the most amazing places, even most desolate places.
Anyway, we good home safe after a very nice holiday.

Maybe some pictures of the last day will follow, maybe not
... the car. We found an extra compartment in the car where we can store some of the food! Norway, everybody told us that it is so expensive, so we have all these delicate foods in tins with us: frankfurter wurst, tuna, ... hope we can use it sometime for lunch and that this is not our main dish for the day. ...
Tomorrow John and I will attempt to see as much of Brussels as we can fit in to our schedule. I hope the weather cooperates. Sorry for the short post, I am pretty tired tonight.

... they had more of the story with wax models.
We then headed home being led by the satnav who decided that main roads were poison and took us via every goat track known to man. When we left Waterloo it said the trip was 10 minutes however it quickly changed to 30 as we headed along paved tracks, many with water across them and we eventually got home...only to discover JC and L were not there yet and we had forgotten to get a key. My mobile by this rage stage ...
... into a Godiva store where the lady was making hot chocolate out of pieces of chocolate right in front of you. I went with the hazelnut milk chocolate and finished off the whole thing. It was sooo good and tasted literally like liquid chocolate. Even though I was completely stuffed, we stopped for fries as well. Then we did a little more sight-seeing, and made our way back to the station.
The bus ride was pretty rough since we were so tired, but once we got back to Amsterdam ...
