All in all this was one of the most challenging and important assignment for the fledgling, but pacesetting Ernesto Tours (ET).

It went a bit like this.

    July 31st

John and Sue fly to Verona from Belfast and stay one night at 37 Stradone Porta Palio (the 'mini Jesus')

    August 1st

Our first stop in Italy involved a love of pizza, a love of gelato and a love story about this broad named Juliet or something. For me, this place became even better second time around. We actually have the flat to ourselves - it's two bedroom, each with their own bathroom, with shared kitchen/living area - it's comfortable, authentically Italian, and a real delight, overlooking a back garden, away from the noisy street, with off street parking. The town centre is an easy 10mins walk. Giannina (from Peru) and her Italian husband, ...

... to tell me that. I asked so many questions of so many different people until I was sure I was in the right place. Just to double, triple, quadruple check I asked a guy at the stop if I was really at the right place because his ticket looked like mine. He was a big guy with a beer and he was just tickled that I was American and had talked to him. On the bus ride he called everyone he knew and couldn't stop laughing hysterically at the "ragazza ...
