... 8211; now there are not many things that we can thank the French for but you have to give them credit for great bread and luckily one of the things they left when they lost control of Vietnam was Baguettes. The best ones were defiantly from the ladies on the side of the road filled with either pate, pork or roasted duck and loads of herbs with spicy sauce to finish it off..yummy.
