A long drive lay ahead for us along the Wyoming roadways. There's not a lot to see except more flat, barren land with sagebrush and windmills. I never realized how windy the West is, but you can feel it constantly with the rocking of the car. Todd was intrigued by Wyoming's snow fences that ...
... He was on Darryl’s side of the car, so he got a couple of photos. From here, we could see another line up of cars, it was another buck and he was on my side, so got a couple of shots.
It was hard not to take photos, as everywhere you looked, there was an amazing view. Again, the photos will not do this place justice, as it is a place that you have to experience yourself.

To top off our day, it started snowing again as we were going over Elk Mountain Pass, so we decided to stop in Rawlins and call it a day. Good move again - it's freezing cold out again and snowing west of Rawlins. Hope tomorrow brings more sun and a little warming.
Well, this is about it for this leg of the trip! I'm sitting in a Starbucks in Laramie writing this last piece. I-80 in Wyoming is completely empty, save a few trucks. You certainly couldn't ask for a nicer day. Clear blue sky, green grass, and a 75 mph speed limit. Thanks to everyone who's read this blog and I hope you enjoy the pictures!
