Beautiful Brugge!

Lyn went off to work on Friday morning, then Ci and I caught two trains into Windsor. I'd never been to the castle, so this was an ideal opportunity. The 2nd bridge was one that we did not need opening, but it was useless going through in front of the barge as we would only have to wait at the next one even longer. Delirium Tremens
... a little crowded. We didn't really have much of a plan for the city, so we just wandered the tiny streets to see what we could find. The first thing we found was a great cafe called Vincent's which we were able to get some good frites and a small meal to fuel the day. Brujas
... Belgica. Fuerte y pesada.
La verdad que fue un dia increible de paz en Brujas, y como mucho mas no habia para hacer, nos pusimos de acuerdo para visitar otra ciudad al otro dia.
La frase que me quedo de Brujas fue: "Yeah yeah, we know. Bruges is like a romantic movie: full of lovely canals, swans, medieval houses and pretty churches. But wake up: it's a place where people live and we don't drive in horse carriages."
