We arrived here at Yonah Mountain on Sunday 9/22 The trip up was nice and the roads werent bad. When we arrived the campground Hosts (Bill and Norma) met us at the front and took us in a golf cart to pick out a site. This is another awesome campground. Well maintained and very nicely laid out. We learned a new game from Bob, Norma and ed and Diane called marbles. Uses cards ...
... Helen, at the Cafe International. I had a bratwurst in a roll with sauerkraut and cheese. AWESOME! Todd had a prime rib sandwich that could have fed a small village. GREAT view on the outside deck overlooking the Chattahoochee River. Lots of folks floating by on tubes and having a great time.

Fred and Mary Beth served up another good breakfast: fresh corn fritters, a veggie sauté, and a fruit bowl. This morning another couple joined us, but the conversation was not as relaxed or lengthy.

... ever had. From there we walked over to Shena****n's, wherein we thought we could get some good Irish beer and food. We were disappointed. Both food and drink were quite commonplace. The remarkable conclusion to the evening was the deluge outside, some of which created a rivulet under Deborah's chair. It stopped just as Roy and I left to get the car.
